Exhibitors and Sponsorships for 2025
You are late, but not TOO late for a booth!
Our main registration deadline has passed. If you register now (after Feb 1, 2025), it will be conditional on booth space availability. Booth selection is limited and your organization name will not appear on printed materials. It will be on booth listing at the event. We will advise you promptly if there is an issue and refund your fees if no booth is available.
The costs for late registration are $225 for commercial booths (15'x15' and 15'x10') and $45 for noncommercial booths (10'x10').
Note that full refunds will be issued for cancellations completed by January 15, 2025. Cancellations completed between January 16, 2025 - February 15, 2025 will receive 50% refund. Cancellations after February 15, 2025 will not be eligible for refunds. To cancel and request a refund, send an email message to Exhibitor@QuietAdventures.org .
All speaker room Sponsorships are taken. The Program Brochure is going to the printers, so no Advertisements available.
We will be verifying that all discounts with sponsorship on booths and attendance get reflected in your booth registrations, as that part was challenging to automate.
All graphics for sponsorships and advertising must have been submitted already to media@quietadventures.org .

We have arranged a block of rooms at the local Candlewoood Suites: $99 for an efficiency and $129 for a one bedroom, plus taxes, etc. To book these: Click on the link below, enter the arrival and departure dates then click on 'View Prices'.
