Thank you for joining us for the 2025 Quiet Adventures Symposium. Here in the Symposium’s 30th year, we are looking to make the Symposium bigger and better than ever. With that in mind, we wanted to pass along a Media Kit for you to use on your website, at your business or organization, or on your social media. All materials and important dates can be found below. If there is something else that you would like to utilize in terms of imagery or logos, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us!
Important Dates:
February 28, 2025 1:00 pm to 7:00 PM - Exhibitor early set up at the MSU Pavilion.
March 1, 2025 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM - Exhibitor late setup at the MSU Pavilion. *No vehicles allowed in after 8:00 AM. All vehicles must be out of Pavilion by 8:30 am. Any additional materials brought in by hand.
March 1, 2025 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM - Exhibitor tear down at the MSU Pavilion.
